Refund policy

Workshops and Events

Workshops and other events are refundable for 14 days following payment (up to 2 weeks before the event). Refunds cannot be issued 14 days before the event.

Special Offers

Special offers are non-refundable.

Retreats

£30 administration fee will not be refunded regardless of the cancellation date. After the payment has been made, we will refund the full amount (minus the £30 administration fee) up until 6 weeks before, 50% of the fee until 3 weeks before the event and after that refunds are not possible.

Courses and classes

Payments for courses may be refunded up to 14 days following purchase, or until the student attends their first class, whichever comes first.
